Don Quixote on the Big Screen

Don Quixote on the Big Screen is a film series in celebration of the IV Centennial of Don Quixote Part II, 1615-2015. Presented by the Observatorio de la Lengua Española y las Culturas Hispánicas en los Estados Unidos and the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures at Harvard University, in collaboration with the Voces Hispánicas/Hispanic Voices initiative of the Department of Romance Studies of Boston University, this film series includes classic and lesser known film versions of Miguel de Cervantes’ Masterpiece. Each screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring both Cervantes scholars and film specialists. The screenings and panel discussion are free and open to the public. Audience participation in the panel discussions is encouraged.
