GMS OPDPA Career Development Seminar: Looking Your Best on Paper: Industry Salary Negotiations

In this seminar, Lauren Celano, CEO of Propel Careers will provide information about different components that make up a job offer including base salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits. Guidance for how to negotiate an offer will be provided along with strategies to discuss the various components of the offer. She will also provide advice on how to research salary ranges for different roles to help inform your negotiation.
