Revisiting Bobby Kennedy's Legacy

Join the Howard Thurman Center and College of Arts and Sciences for an interactive talk with Larry Tye, author of the recently-released book Bobby Kennedy: The Making of a Liberal Icon. Larry will discuss Bobby’s political evolution from his early days working for Senator Joe McCarthy to his final year as a champion for the disenfranchised before his assassination in 1968 and whether the country is still as divided now as it was in the Sixties. A book-signing and reception will follow the talk and Q&A portion.
