CANCELED: Australian Wildfires Relief Concert

  • Starts: 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2020
In the past few months, the Australian bushfires have devastated over 46 million acres and killed at least 34 people. Foremost concern lies with the survival of endangered species, and although few fires remain today, the smoke has severely compromised air and water quality and overall living conditions. We hope you will join us for an intimate afternoon concert in the beautiful Elie Wiesel Center's memorial library. 100% of all proceeds will be donated to the World Wildlife Fund Wildlife Nature and Recovery Fund. The WWF Nature and Recovery Fund will go toward: - Wildlife Response - Habitat Restoration - Prevention We will be playing works by Beethoven, Bach, Wieniawski, and more! The suggested donation is $5-15, but feel free to donate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The Center is accessible by the Green Line (Blanford Street Station). Please enter through the mint gates on Silber Way. Free parking is available on Bay State Road.
