Dinesh Melwani

Biography

Dinesh is a transactional attorney who advises US and international clients in all types of corporate matters and is Co-chair of the International Practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C. His practice encompasses M&A transactions, strategic investments, entity formation, and angel, seed, and venture financings – topics on which he has regularly guest lectured at MIT’s Sloan School of Management for over a decade. He draws on this experience to represent clients across the sports and entertainment industries, counseling individuals and organizations on equity investments, branding agreements, and other strategic transactions that advance their business and entrepreneurial goals. Dinesh boasts significant international experience and skills, including fluency in French and Sindhi and conversational fluency in Hindi.
