The following schedules apply to the JD program and the LLM programs in American Law, Banking & Financial Law, Intellectual Property, and Taxation (residential program).

Withdrawal Tuition Refund Schedule—Fall 2026

This schedule applies to continuing JD, transfer JD, and all LLM, MSL, Non-Degree, and Certificate students.

Prior to First Day of Classes (before August 31, 2026) 100%
August 31 – September 14, 2026 80%
September 15 – September 21, 2026 60%
September 22 – September 28, 2026 40%
September 29 – October 5, 2026 20%
As of October 6, 2026 0%

Withdrawal Tuition Refund Schedule—Fall 2026

This schedule applies to entering JD First Year Students.

Prior to First Day of Classes (before September 2, 2026) 100%
September 2 – September 16, 2026 80%
September 17 – September 23, 2026 60%
September 24 – September 30, 2026 40%
October 1 – October 7, 2026 20%

  • Registration and other fees are non-refundable as of the first day of classes.
  • Deposits toward tuition and/or room and board are non-refundable.
  • The last day to officially take a leave of absence or withdraw from the University in fall 2026 is December 1, 2026.
