Graduation Application Form

This form must be completed as a prerequisite for graduation and must be submitted at least four months prior to your date of graduation. You may return it to our office in room 502, or scan it and email it to lawreg@bu.edu.

All applicants will be required to enter and verify how you wish your name to appear on your diploma through the Student Link once your application has been processed.
