Inspiration

A survivor of brain cancer. A recovering career-ending sports injury. A son of a critical-care unit physician. What do Astra Wellbeing’s three co-founders have in common? Their “behind the scene” experiences within our nation’s hospital systems have given them a small glimpse into the heroic, often overlooked, efforts that frontline healthcare workers go through each and every single day. After months of independent market research – from camping outside of hospitals for employee interviews to attending major healthcare and leadership conferences around the country – they began to get exposed to the larger, harsh reality of the ongoing Healthcare Burnout Crisis This inspired them to create Astra Wellbeing, and help those who have helped us our entire lives.
