Siobhan Dullea
Executive Director
Siobhan Dullea is an executive leader with deep experience in developing and scaling global organizations and leading through periods of significant change, including growing a business from startup to a successful exit. She has worked at the C-level for the last 15+ years in multiple organizations – as Chief Client Officer, Chief Growth Officer, COO and CEO. Siobhan has directly managed customer success, finance, growth, HR, operations, product, and technology teams.

Lisa Lavina
Director of Operations
At Innovate@BU I: Direct all business and operations administration and am responsible for the IDG Capital Student Innovation Center space.
You can ask me questions about: Budgets, administration strategic planning, ‘what is business administration?’ your start up idea, and gardening.
When I’m not at Innovate@BU I’m: Volunteering in my town (Stow, MA), gardening, reading or riding the local bike trails.

Whether it’s volunteers, collaborators, or community partners / sponsors, I help bring new opportunities toward the student experience, while also maintaining and strengthening our current relationships.

At Innovate@BU I: Am the Program Marketing Specialist. As a 2024 BU alumna with experience in various programs like the First-Year Innovation Fellowship during my undergraduate years, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges BU students and early-stage entrepreneurs face. I passionately believe that innovation is integral to all facets of our lives, careers, and communities.
You can ask me about: Student group and club partnerships with Innovate@BU, innovation programming and events outreach/marketing, and help with public speaking for pitches and event hosting.
When I’m not at Innovate@BU I’m: An avid cook and podcast enthusiast. I love exploring new recipes with dinner parties for friends and family and I deeply enjoy listening to podcasts that cover a range of topics – from personal development and entrepreneurship to true crime and historical storytelling. My enthusiasm for learning and knowledge extends well beyond my professional life, as I am passionate about creating communities for queer women, where they can learn about queer history and enjoy queer media in safe spaces.
