We’ve listed information related to move-in FAQs and Taking Care of Business (TCB) – a service hub created to streamline the student move-in experience, located at the George Sherman Union (GSU), 775 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, MA 02215

MOVE-IN BADGES

All students have received a badge for move-in.

  • Green Badge: The student can move into their residence and has completed all necessary move-in assignments.
  • Yellow Badge: The student needs to complete their emergency contact form and can do so at their residence before they move in.
  • Blue Badge: The student can get their key but has a few items they need to complete. If they need to have their immunizations updated, they should head to Taking Care of Business at the George Sherman Union, 775 Commonwealth Ave. 
  • Red Badge: The student cannot move into their residence and must first go to TCB at the George Sherman Union, 775 Commonwealth Ave.

      PARENTS

      • Welcome Centers are located on the GSU Plaza Monday, August 24, 10 am to 2 pm and Tuesday, August 25, 10 am to 1 pm. On Tuesday, August 25, the New Family Farewell takes place at Agganis Arena, Burke Room, 205 pm
