Flu Vaccinations for Students and Residents

All students and residents are required to be vaccinated against influenza in order to protect our patients and the entire GSDM community. The flu vaccine is an important step to reduce flu-related and other respiratory illness during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you received the flu shot at one of the clinics run by BU Student Health Services, you should check your immunization record via PatientConnect to ensure that your status is updated and you are in compliance.

UPLOADING PROOF TO YOUR STUDENT MEDICAL RECORD

• Go to PatientConnect
• Select “Messages” –> then “New Message”
• Select “Immunization, medical records, and other general questions”
• Select “Upload Immunization documents”

Follow instructions to upload proof of your flu vaccination.

Deadline to provide proof of vaccination is December 31, 2021.
