Matriculation sessions are designed to help our pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students transition to life at GSDM.

Prior to matriculationAdmissionsStudent Affairs, and Academic Affairs will contact students regarding preparation for the start of their educational program.

New students will receive correspondence from other Boston University offices as well. This correspondence may include information regarding tuition and fees and communications from Student Health Services.

Students are expected check their BU email frequently to ensure they receive all orientation materials and time-sensitive documents.

To ensure you receive important mailings, you must contact Admissions to update your address, email, and telephone information.

Attendance at matriculation sessions is mandatory for all students.
