Griffin Budde is a graduate student in BU’s Department of Classical Studies. He is currently studying Homer’s use of divine and heroic epithets in the Iliad, while focusing on the role of rhythm in poetry’s reception. His research involves neuroscience and how the brain processes predictable information. Outside of school, he is a fan of the Red Sox and enjoys being outside.
