First-year students new to BU do not need to apply to live in Specialty Housing. In order to be considered for a spot on the Core Floor or in the Core House, you should select Core housing as your top choice when submitting your New Student Housing Application, which you have access to after paying the enrollment deposit. You should deposit as soon as possible, and complete the Housing Application ASAP noting Core housing as your first choice, in order to maximize your chance of this specialty housing assignment.

After the first year, all residents must submit the application for specialty housing here.

Apply to be an RA for an opportunity to be a Core Floor or Core House RA next year!
