Violin Workshop

The two-week Violin Workshop offers you highly individualized attention to develop your musicianship, strengthen your performance confidence, and improve your solo technique through performance classes, individual lessons, and coaching sessions. The Violin Workshop is under the direction of BU Lecturer in Music, Klaudia Szlachta.

• Classes on injury prevention, warm-up routines, daily exercises, and memorization techniques
• Focus on fundamentals, including intonation, posture, left and right-hand technique, tone production, scales, and vibrato
• Study of solo repertoire, assigned scales, and etudes
• Individualized attention and masterclasses
• Performance opportunities
• Boston University transferable course credit
