Current Research:
My research focuses on developing tools to assess the activity of heterotrimeric G-proteins in primary cells and intact animal tissues. These G-proteins are activated by G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), which are the largest family of druggable targets in the human genome. Understanding the regulation and activation of G-proteins is essential for advancing therapeutic strategies and addressing key health challenges.
