The inaugural Thomas H. Kunz Award for 2015 was awarded to Jesse Delia of the Karen Warkentin lab. Jesse studies parent-embryo interactions, sexual selection, hatching plasticity, and the evolution of parental care in glassfrogs. He has studied glassfrogs in Mexico, Ecuador and Peru, and currently works mainly in Panama and Colombia.
Jesse’s achievements are outstanding and this award recognizes his commitment to scientific excellence.
