Internship: Marketing
Cozy Arts, an established, award-winning Boston-based theater/media company, is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the growth of our digital presence and audience engagement in advance of a major new project launch. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with theater and film artists while contributing to the strategy and execution of social media content across platforms.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging social media content (Reels, clips, etc.) using both new and archival video and photo materials
- Help develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across Cozy Arts platforms
- Capture and create content from ongoing developmental work and behind-the-scenes processes
- Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interest in arts marketing, communications, or audience development
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (especially Instagram)
- Eye for visual detail and consistency in branding (images and copy)
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Organized, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Bonus, but not required – interest in puppetry, new media, and/or arts education
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
