Internship: BCHT Summer Internships

Boston Children’s Hospital Trust will host 2 CASE Advancement interns this summer: Communications and  Corporate Development, Leadership Giving and Events (CLE).

The Communications internship will provide a broad introduction to the world of fundraising communications. Your projects will run the gamut and will strengthen your writing, project management, design, and media skills to name a few. You’ll also provide some general support to the Communications team. You’ll learn about donor events, community fundraising, and relationship management.

Corporate Development, Leadership Giving and Events (CLE):

The Children’s Miracle Network intern will assist the Children’s Miracle Network team, the team responsible for working with a wide variety of partners ranging from corporations, local businesses, and peer-to-peer programs that support all 170-member hospitals within the Children’s Miracle Network. The intern will assist the team in campaign management, partner communication, social media management, and cross-team collaboration. The intern will learn how to track trends and spot opportunities to target prospective corporate and local partners. The intern will have the opportunity to assist with the planning and promotion of special events, programs, and campaigns while supporting our pre-existing third-party fundraising events. In addition, the intern will help create and implement a marketing strategy to maintain an online presence for the CMN programs through digital media.
