Internship: Development Intern
Emmanuel Music is actively seeking a Development Intern, who will be reporting to the Individual & Institutional Giving Managers and works closely with the Executive Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and enter donations into AudienceView CRM
- Support grant research and tracking
- Draft and process donation acknowledgment letters
- Organize and digitize donor files
- Assist in maintaining Development calendar
- Support digital content creation for fundraising campaigns and regularly produced institutional messaging in conjunction with marketing department
- Participate in development and development-related meetings
- Provide administrative support for grant proposals and reporting, and corporate sponsorships, as needed
- Support and attend occasional Emmanuel Music events and performances, as needed
- Research project(s) related to donor prospecting, as needed
This internship is available for academic credit only.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must currently be enrolled in a credit-granting course
- Must be interested in learning about the administrative work of nonprofit organizations
- Experience working with Google Workspace is preferred
- Knowledge of/interest in classical music, and performing arts is preferred
- Detail oriented
