JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

Development Manager
Urbanity Dance is currently seeking a full-time Development Manager. This role  will oversee, manage, and implement all development activities for the organization, including individual giving, foundation and government grants, corporate sponsorships, special events, and more. It is a hybrid position with an expectation of 1-2 days/week working in Urbanity’s office; the candidate must also be able to readily commute into Boston, as needed, for in-person staff and donor meetings.

School Administrative Manager
Urbanity Dance seeks a full-time School Administrative Manager. The candidate will be the lead staff member responsible for customer service and administrative operations within Urbanity’s School, which serves over 500 students each year. This role will manage a team of part-time studio admin staff and work-study students. They will work diligently to manage and improve the School’s administrative processes while offering high-quality customer service.

Lead Studio Admin
Urbanity Dance seeks a part-time Lead Studio Admin to support Urbanity’s School, which serves over 500 students each year. Reporting to the School Administrative Manager, this role will play a crucial role in all things customer service and facilities maintenance. We are seeking someone who is excited about interacting with School families and ensuring they have a safe, clean, and supportive place to dance.
