Talk Series: Reflecting on Art Gallery Business Models
Join Arts Administration Association New England for part one of a series of talks to discuss the various details of running an art gallery. Topics include sales, investments, how to connect with clients, artists, and more specifics about a gallery business model. This talk is an opportunity to better understand the industry including commercial galleries, non-profit galleries, co-op galleries, art fairs and new trends. We invite you to join us to ask questions, and to engage in critical dialogue about art business. As arts administrators, how can you be prepared to help or to connect with this highly complex and multifaceted sector? For artists, how can you secure a space in a gallery? Or should you?
