Arts Administration Individual Fundraising class welcomes Kyndra Angell as a guest speaker. Kyndra currently works at Boston College as the Assistant Director for Student Engagement.

She is a 2008 graduate from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. Upon graduation, she worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as an event planner for the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk, an event that raises more than $9 million dollars each year for cancer care and research. After almost three years with Dana Farber, Kyndra changed careers and decided to go back to school for Student Affairs. She graduated from Suffolk University in 2012 with a Masters of Education in Administration of Higher Education, and began her career with the University of South Florida as the Coordinator of Leadership Development.

She returned to Boston and worked in the Center for Student Involvement at Northeastern University until she went on to become the Assistant Director for Student Engagement at Boston College. In this role, Kyndra works not only with students on a daily basis through student organizations and leadership programs, but also  is involved in fundraising events on campus — this time advising the students who are responsible for the planning and execution these events. Kyndra is currently enrolled in the MBA program in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
