Honestly, I didn’t know BU offers free nutrition counseling until I read this article.I was surprised by how broad the nutrition program’s focus is—from eating habits and stress-related overeating to chronic conditions. I used to think nutritionists were mainly there to help people eat healthier meals, but I never realized that issues related to mental health and emotional eating were also part of the services.Also, I used to know that each dining hall had its own cuisine, but I had no idea that some, like the True Balance station, were specifically created for students with food allergies. I really think more students should know about it.

    I saw that the website lists common allergens, but I wonder if there’s also a way for students to find out what specific foods they might be allergic to. Back in my country, most people aren’t really aware of their food allergies, I think this kind of knowledge can really help improve long-term health.
