Alexis Redman (Questrom’14)

Alexis V. Redman, a dynamic and resilient technology leader, thrives on curating teams of experts to tackle today’s pressing workforce needs. A graduate of Questrom School of Business with a double concentration in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management in 2014, Alexis was known for her campus leadership, serving as a Resident Assistant, founding board member of the Black Business Student Association, treasurer of Umoja, and Howard Thurman Center Student Ambassador, all while excelling in two on-campus jobs. Her dedication earned her the prestigious Scarlet Key Award.

Having joined Workday after graduation, Alexis has spent the past decade honing her expertise in technology and strategy. As an Implementation Strategy Director, she offers senior advisory services, specializing in Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Skills, to global brands across industries. Alexis is also a sought-after presenter, having presented six times at Workday’s global Altitude conference.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alexis remains deeply engaged with her alma mater, serving as the Chair of the Boston University Young Alumni Council from 2020 to 2022. Her transformative experience at Boston University continues to inspire her involvement in various community events and panels.

Born to immigrant parents and having lived in three countries, the US, Jamaica, and Ireland, Alexis values building connections and advocating for others. As a co-lead at Black @ Workday, she spearheaded community and educational events for Black workmates and allies, working with executives to champion equitable hiring and retention practices. As a breast cancer survivor, Alexis passionately advocates for awareness and research for BIPOC and Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) survivors, contributing her voice to a panel on Balancing Work and Wellness with The Breasties, a groundbreaking nonprofit.

Currently pursuing a Master’s of Technology Leadership at Brown University, Alexis remains a passionate advocate for growth and learning. Alexis lives in Queens, New York and in her spare time, she indulges her adventurous spirit by hiking, traveling, and enjoying audio books, all while cherishing moments spent with friends and family.
