This award seeks to highlight translational research at Boston University by recognizing an entrepreneurial faculty member and the potential for commercialization and/or wider adoption of their inventions. At the young age of 23, Bell is already a titan of sound. Raised in Oakland, California, and sharpening her chops at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Bell’s hallmark is eclecticism.
