Robin Stevens is a biologist primarily interested in genetics, neurobiology and evolution. In the past she has done research examining the genetic specification of neural circuits responsible for Drosophilia (fruit fly) courtship behavior, as well as the molecular mechanisms involved in regulating neuronal communication. Aside from researching, Dr. Stevens is an advocate for K-12 STEM education and is a volunteer for the after-school program Science Club for Girls.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports (soccer, skiing, rollerblading, rock climbing), reading, Game of Thrones, and travel.
