GETTING STARTED AT BU

Arts Administration Student Association (AASA)
The Arts Administration Student Association helps students in the program build a sense of community while making valuable contacts for a future in the arts administration profession. This link contains information and contact info for the committee chairs.

B.U. ID
To obtain your B.U. ID, go to the Terrier Card office, located in the basement of the George Sherman Union at 775 Commonwealth Avenue.

B.U. E-Mail
Faculty and administration contact you through your B.U. e-mail account. Therefore, it is very important that you have an active account. To obtain an account, go to the Office of Information Technology, located at 111 Cummington Street.  You will need your Terrier Card (see above).

Bookstore
The B.U. Textbooks Bookstore is located at Barnes & Noble in Kenmore Square, 660 Beacon Street, 4th Floor.

Registrar’s Office
The Registrar's Office is located at 881 Commonwealth Avenue, 2nd floor. To register for classes, you may either visit the office in person or fax a registration sheet to (617) 353-9770. Once you have completed your first semester, this process can be done online through the Student Link.

International Student and Scholar's Office (ISSO)
The ISSO is located at 888 Commonwealth Ave., 2nd Floor. All International students MUST check in with their ISSO advisor before beginning classes.

Medical Insurance
Chickering (B.U.'s student medical insurance plan) has changed its enrollment and waiver policies.
