Part-time lecturer in Chinese
Zhang Man received her BA in Chinese language and literature from Jilin University in China and a MA in Chinese Linguistics from UMass Amherst. She is now a Ph.D Candidate in Chinese Linguistics at University of Washington. Before joining to BU, she taught Chinese language courses and Chinese linguistics courses in UMass, University of Washington, and Middlebury College Summer language school. Her research interests are Historical Linguistics, Phonology, Writing System, Sino-xenic linguistics.
