Frances Graff Receives Advanced Oral Proficiency Rating

Chinese Language and Literature Major, Frances Graff, has received an ACTFL Oral Proficiency Rating of Advanced. Frances, a two-time PGO-BU scholarship award winner, is the first Project GO alum to earn this distinction since 2014.
