Join us for Dreams of the West, Shadows of the West: Orientalism vs Authenticity in Western Art Music – A Senior Recital. Japanese and Voice dual degree student Christopher Ellars will be performing several pieces, accompanied on piano by Esther Garcia Moreno. This recital will feature languages and musical influences from all over the world, including France, India, and Japan. This event will take place March 23rd at 6PM in the College of Fine Arts Concert Hall.
