Chinese Single Cluster Event: Time Travel to Ancient China – Sat. Oct. 26, 5-6pm, Multipurpose Room

Celebrating Turkish Republic – Tues. Oct. 29, 3:30-5pm, kitchen & GHL
We’re celebrating the founding of the Turkish Republic! We’ll start of with a short cooking workshop for traditional Turkish foods and coffee in the kitchen. Then we’ll move downstairs to the Global House Lounge to learn traditional folk dances. This event is in Turkish and English. No registration required.
African Languages & Arabic Multi-Cluster Event: The Silk Road Trade Express – Wed. Oct. 30, 6-7pm, Global House Lounge
The Silk Road extended well into the Middle East and much of Africa. We’ll talk about the many different goods and ideas that moved along these trade routes throughout history. This event is in English. Register at http://linktr.ee/globalhousebu
