Elie Wiesel’s legacy honored in day of learning, Daily Free Press
Elie Wiesel, winner of the Nobel Prize for Peace and humanitarian activist, was also Professor in the Humanities at Boston University where he taught and lectured every fall for almost forty years. Working together with the University administration, Abigail Gillman, as interim director of the Wiesel Center in 2016-17, was responsible for planning a day-long tribute to Prof. Wiesel.
