Each receipt must include the following information clearly: 1. Vendor name 2. Transaction date 3. Amount 4. All food receipts must be itemized and any alcohol must be marked clearly. 5. For group meal receipts, please indicate which items you ordered individually. Only individual expenses are reimbursable. If the receipt is missing any of this information, please mark up the receipt.
