Options Potential for UROP Funding Overview The Food Studies Programs at Boston University has a collection of more than 300 menus, donated by one restaurant reviewer, covering his career since the 1970s. We are working with the BU libraries to digitize this collection and would like help entering descriptions of the menus into a database.

Megan Elias

Dr. Elias is a historian and gastronomist whose work and research explores the rich history of food and culture through prisms of food writing, markets, and home economics. She is an associate professor of the practice and Director of Gastronomy in the BU Metropolitan College.
