Volunteer Basis, Potential for Academic Credit

Overview

Starting immediately, Summer 2026, students are invited to join a psychology professor and a small media studies team to create a TikTok channel that shows how statistics and research methods can help explain everyday problems and real-life situations.

This project can be done partly remotely, but in-person participation is also encouraged. Students will be involved in every stage of producing short, one-minute videos, including:

• Selecting video topics
• Designing video concepts
• Filming and editing videos
• Posting and maintaining the TikTok channel

The number of hours per week is flexible and depends on how involved you would like to be. The expected time commitment is approximately 4–8 hours per week.
