UROP Student Sherry Prasad Wins Poster Award

Sherry Prasad, a UROP-supported undergraduate who has been working with Dr. Valentina Perissi in Biochemistry at the BU Medical School, recently won a 2nd place award in the Basic Research category at the 8th Annual Symposium of the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham, MA (December 6, 2013). Sherry’s poster was entitled “Investigating the role of GPS2 in modulating TLR signaling in B-cell lymphocytic leukemia.”
