IS&T offers multiple options for hosting online meetings. Faculty, staff, students, and departments can meet and collaborate with peers, colleagues, groups, and classmates both inside and outside of the University.


IS&T supported online meeting products provide reliable meeting and collaboration experiences using your existing BU login. These products have been reviewed by IS&T staff to ensure the best possible experience. Meetings hosted with IS&T supported online meeting products also allow a greater number of participants out of the box than free alternatives may offer.

What to Expect

Online meeting products are provided by various vendors, and will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in IS&T’s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes.
