Actions Taken by the University Council During the Fall 2020 Semester

The Boston University Council held four meetings during the fall 2020 semester on September 22, October 20, November 17, and December 15. At these meetings, the Council voted to approve the following policies, also available on the University Council website:

The Council also voted during the fall 2020 semester to approve the following degree and certificate programs:

  • Master of Fine Arts in Print Media and Photography (CFA)
  • Master of Fine Arts in Visual Narrative (CFA)
  • Master of Science in Health Informatics – name change from Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a Concentration in Health Informatics (MET)

President Brown has concurred with these actions, which officially brings them into effect. We are grateful to the members of the University Council for their thoughtful and diligent work throughout the past semester.
