Biography
Kristina Fried is a Lecturer in Law with the International Human Rights Clinic, where she supervises projects involving statelessness and refugee law. Her areas of expertise include international human rights law, public international law, reparatory justice, refugee law, and statelessness, with a focus on Haiti and the Middle East region. Her work has appeared in the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, Al Jazeera, the Miami Herald, Opinio Juris, the Haitian Times, and other publications. She holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Islamic Studies and Arabic from the University of Melbourne.
