Appointment Scheduling for Students

Schedule an appointment with your ISSO Advisor based on your school or college. If you have more than one major, look in Academic Summary in your StudentLink and use the school/college that matches the school code for the major that is listed first.

Please schedule one appointment at a time. ISSO may need to modify or cancel appointments in rare cases, especially when multiple appointments are scheduled at once. If you would prefer to meet with your ISSO advisor in person at the ISSO for any reason, please email your ISSO Advisor directly to schedule a mutually available time.

  • Health, academic or legal issues
  • Changing to / from another status
  • CPT / OPT / STEM OPT eligibility and questions
  • Leave of absence / interruption of study

  • J-1 student Academic Training (AT)
  • Pre-Completion OPT
  • STEM OPT application questions

This appointment type is not designed for you to learn general information about OPT or STEM OPT.
