Verification
The Registrar’s Office provides verification of enrollment and completion or graduation. Students may also submit forms (loan deferment, licensing, etc.) that need to be filled out by the Registrar’s Office. Graduating students: Please note that verification of completion requests can only be processed after your completion signout and program end dates. Verification of graduation requests can only be processed on or after your official graduation date.
Requests are normally processed within three business days.

Verifications usually require information that the University has designated as directory information; therefore, a signed release form is not required. If the verification requires information not considered directory information, or if the student has requested data restriction, a written request, along with a release signed by the student, is required before the verification can be processed.
