Diplomas and Certificates
Paper Diplomas and Certificates
All paper diplomas and certificates are delivered by mail. Diplomas and certificates are not handed out on stage during Commencement. Students are required to provide a diploma mailing address via the Student Link > Academics tab > Diploma and Graduation Information to receive their diploma or certificate by mail.
Mailing of diplomas and certificates is coordinated by the Office of the University Registrar on the Charles River Campus. Please note that it takes approximately 3 weeks after your official graduation date to produce your diploma or certificate. After production, diplomas and certificates are sent via standard USPS mail, which takes approximately 3-4 days to arrive to domestic addresses and 5-8 weeks to arrive to international addresses. Please see the University Registrar’s Diploma Order & Mailing Schedule for more details.
Any questions or issues pertaining to your diploma or certificate should be forwarded to the Office of the University Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
