Park oversees the continuing education, digital education (www.umccybercampus.com), and spiritual formation for clergy and provides support for United Methodist clergywomen, as well as racial and ethnic clergy in areas of theological education, enlistment, and research. She is an ordained elder of the Baltimore-Washington Annual Conference. Park has directed a few historical research projects, such as Demographics of UMC Continuing Education (2007), Lead Women Pastors Project (2009), Salaries for United Methodist Clergy in the U.S. Context (2010), and Leadership Development of UMC Racial -Ethnic Lead Pastors Serving Cross-Racial and Cross-Cultural Appointements (2014). She organized the 50th and the 60th anniversary of full clergy rights for women in the Methodist tradition and the first United Methodist Racial-Ethnic Clergywomen’s Consultation in 2008. Park is a co-editor of Breaking through the Stained Glass Ceiling (2013), a contributor to the Encyclopedia of Christian Education (2015) and a translator of Professional Coach Training (Korean edition, 2015). Park published a new book, Develop Intercultural Competence in 2018, and she is a contributor to The Upper Room Disciplines 2019. Park recently launched a global coaching initiative, “Women Coaching Women” project. Park is an author of Christian Spiritual Coaching and Wesleyan Quadrilateral (2017). She is a translator of Korean edition, Professional Coach Training: Develop Leadership Excellence and Effectiveness by J. Val Hastings (2015). Park is the editor for WellSprings Journal and podcast at www.wellspringspodcast.org. Park holds a D. Min from Wesley Theological Seminary and is also an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach.
