About Yi Grace Ji

Dr. Yi Grace Ji’s research examines how organizations navigate sociopolitical discourse and emerging media to engage stakeholders. Grounded in interdisciplinary theories from communication, business management, and psychology, her work systematically investigates the attitudinal, psychological, relational, and behavioral outcomes of strategic communication for social impact. Her research has been funded by the Rita Allen Foundation, the Arthur W. Page Center, the Center on Media Innovation for Social Impact, and Boston University’s College of Communication.

Her scholarship has appeared in leading communication and business journals, including Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Public Relations Research, Public Relations Review, International Journal of Business Communication, Computers in Human Behavior, and Science Communication, as well as in edited book chapters.
