About Sam Sarkisian

Sam Sarkisian teaches in both the COM and CAS Writing Programs at Boston University and has been since 2016. He has an eclectic background in communications working as a freelance photojournalist, as a multimedia editor, as a grant/policy writer, and in the Press Office of former Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick.

His first novel, The Institute, will be published on October 26, 2020 and explores public distrust within the media and political spheres. It is published by LaunchTeam Press.

Nowadays, he’s chiefly a content editor and fiction writer, but still blogs about trends in journalism.
