Kevin McPherson

Hello! I began working as an advisor with COM in 2022. Prior to BU, I worked in secondary education as a History and English teacher at both the middle and high school levels. Additionally, I studied at Merrimack College, earning both a bachelors’ degree in History and a masters’ degree in Education. My favorite part of this job is getting to know students and helping them navigate their time here at BU both as an advisor and an FY 101 instructor. Along with my passion for education, I am a massive Marvel and Star Wars fan as well as an avid reader and would love to discuss anything fandom related with students and faculty. I love working in the city and being part of the amazing community here at BU!
