Why I chose Emerging Media Studies at Boston University

I chose the EMS MA program at Boston University because the program is very interesting and unique. I also wanted to embark in a new adventure by moving away from home to see what life was like in the east coast, make new friends, and grow academically, professionally, and personally.

Experience & Plans For After Graduation

Prior to starting my graduate studies at Boston University, I gained a lot of social media and website content management experience. After graduating, I plan on working in a social media or website content management related field in a major US or international city.

A Bit About Me

I really love going on adventures whether it involves simply exploring a new city or enjoying the outdoors. I also really love nature and would love to visit every national park before I die (I’ve already done five). Yosemite by far has been my favorite. Traveling the world is also on the top of my list and I am hoping to cross off a new continent once I graduate. I also really enjoy Disneyland, Harry Potter, and learning about outer space. I also absolutely love my family’s cat Shadow, cute tea and coffee, pizza and sushi.
