Other opportunities on campus
For students whose careers rely upon pitching creative ideas (pilots, films, collaborations with others), learning how to succinctly pitch an idea that highlights partnership, revenue, and branding opportunities is a must-have skill. The BuildLab offers #IRL (In Real Life) workshops where students learn these skills and how to apply them to their specific professional interests. They can also launch their creative ideas onto the Innovation Pathway program, that provides men tors and funding for achieving milestones as their projects (start-ups or creative works) develop.
Students are urged to be creative and adventurous in their course selections. Any area of inquiry has the potential to add to their personal and professional development.
