This panel brings together the perspectives of a first amendment professor of law, the former editor of a major newspaper and a scholarly researcher that has conducted studies about the flow of disinformation, to focus on the impact that disinformation and misinformation have on American society. The panelists will also explore what can be done to limit the influence of disinformation. Panel:
